Anavo Service

Anavo is a subscription based service. It is accessible through monthly or annual subscriptions. The service period is determined by the subscription plan, which is paid for ahead of time. Free 1 week trials are available for new users.

When Does My Anavo Service End?

If you have auto renewal off, your Anavo Service ends at the same time of day as your subscription payment was made, on the last day of your subscription period. For example, if you purchased a monthly subscription at 1:02PM August 1st, it will end at 1:02PM September 1st. To check your subscription period, go to your accounts settings.

What Information Do You Collect?

When you sign up for the waitlist, we only collect your email address. When you sign up for Anavo, we collect your display name, email address, and your password. We encrypt your password before storing it in our database.

What Do You Do with This Information?

Your information is securely stored in our database in order to identify you as a user when you log in. We never share your information with third parties. Furthermore, we use your stored email address to send you information regarding your Anavo usage. Those emails may include confirmation emails, updates to your Anavo plan, and other related information.

What about Cookies?

When you use Anavo Desktop and Anavo Mobile, a cookie is stored on both your computer and your mobile device. Those cookies are necessary for the functionality of Anavo, and are used to provide you with a more personalized experience, such as remembering your login details and your user preferences. We do not store cookies when you visit anavolabs.com.

How Can I Delete My Information?

Your stored cookies are deleted upon uninstalling Anavo Desktop and Anavo Mobile. After ending your Anavo plan, your Anavo account and your database stored information will be automatically deleted after 6 months of no activity.
